Gautreaux's Seafood started as a family promise: serve the Gulf at its best, treat every guest like family, and never cut corners. That promise still drives everything we do in Fordoche.

Our kitchen sources from local fishermen every morning. We build our gumbo the old way — dark roux, slow and patient. Our crawfish are boiled in bulk pots with corn, potatoes, and the spices our family has used for generations. This isn't a menu designed by a committee. It's what we grew up eating, and what we're proud to put in front of you.
